The vehicle, believed to be on its way to Wembley for the Carabao Cup final clash, has stopped traffic near Coleshill Parkway in Birmingham.

Cambridgeshire Police said the vehicle left the road and entered the River Nene near Wisbech at about 8.20pm on Tuesday.
