Windows 11の「Xboxモード」は、コントローラー操作に最適化したフルスクリーン専用のゲームモード。ポータブルゲーミングPC「ROG Xbox Ally」シリーズで先行実装された「全画面表示エクスペリエンス」を、全てのWindows 11搭載PCで利用できるようにしたものとなっている。

マイクロソフトはGDC Festival of Gamingにて、次世代Xboxに関する講演を実施。そのなかでWindows 11の新機能として、ゲームに最適化されたフルスクリーンで動作する 「Xboxモード」 を2026年4月より、一部市場のユーザー向けに提供することを発表しました。
