Warm up: 3x3min skipping (mix up the tempo) Shadow boxing: 5x3min - you can add themes and conditions to your shadow boxing Bag work: 5x3min - You can work on different drills each round Body weight circuit: 20 burpees 20 squats 20 press ups 20 sit-ups - 3 sets of the above Remember to have a full body stretch at the end.
