4 Hours to Remove One Glow Plug! • In this video, I deal with the delicate process of removing a broken glow plug from a used diesel engine. The plug had been stuck and rusted for a long time, making the job extremely tricky. I carefully drilled out the inner part, cut a new thread, and used a puller with a slide hammer to extract the plug body. After cleaning and correcting the seat in the cylinder head, a new glow plug was installed with ceramic paste. The real work took nearly four hours. | A
