Short day in life vlog for today. Productive day but what’s new right?! I tried pilates for the first time today, i survived! I was shaking 😅 i need to work in my upper body strength that’s forsure! Today’s gratitude: I am proud of my body, i have not always nurtured it or taken care of the best but it has given me so much and continues to carry me through.
